It’s been an “interesting” process as I deal with “comments” and modifications from the County for both the building and septic permits.
Turns out the setbacks for the septic will require me to re-route the gravel road on the property:
It might be $7-8k to fix it! Ouch.
To offset the costs I’m going to make it a 3 bedroom septic instead of a 4 bedroom and save approx $4.5k.
